This entry is part of the Mohgix Doctrinal Deconstruction. Read the original manifesto here.
Hiring is a transactional Game of Scale model. Mohgix rejects resumes in favor of character. Learn why we forge partners instead of hiring employees.
The traditional market hires employees. This is a supplicant and transactional model. They hire by looking at resumes—a list of past accomplishments—to fill a role.
This is a strategic failure. We are not in the Game of Scale. We are a doctrine. We are not Builders; we are Architects. We do not hire employees to follow orders. We forge partners who can uphold the doctrine.
Hiring is a gamble. A resume is a document—an inert plan. It tells you what a person did, not what they are. A resume cannot provide the only data that matters in the Game of Stakes:
Integrity: Our Prime Directive.
Character: The ability to withstand pressure.
Doctrinal Alignment: The ability to think like an Architect.
We do not hire. We forge. To forge is to apply heat and pressure to create something new and strong.
Our Category of One is new. We cannot hire a Cinematic Strategist from the old market because they do not exist. We must forge them.
Forging is not a transaction (an employee for a salary). It is a transformation. It is for Partners. A Partner is an owner. They share the risk and uphold the doctrine. They are Curators of the brand, not Collectors of a paycheck.
We are looking for Architects, not employees.
The Strategic Void Diagnostic is how we identify potential partners in our client base. A one-time, asynchronous, C-Suite level deconstruction of your core narrative. We will identify exactly where your message is breaking, calculate your Clarity Tax™, and architect the first step to fixing it.
