1.0 Our Doctrine on Privacy

At Mohgix Studios LTD, privacy is not a matter of legal compliance; it is a matter of operational integrity. We serve a council of discerning leaders, and our handling of intelligence reflects the trust required to operate in the Game of Stakes.

This protocol governs the acquisition, deployment, and protection of all intelligence gathered within our digital Citadel (mohgix.com). Our guiding principle is that of The Curator: we only acquire the intelligence that is essential to our mission, and we protect it with the same rigour with which we protect our own doctrine.

2.0 Intelligence Acquired

We acquire intelligence through two primary channels:

• 2.1 Directly Provided Intelligence: This is information you deliberately provide to us when you elect to engage with our protocols. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Your name, email address, and other contact details submitted through our Diagnostic Consultation application form.

  • Any information shared in subsequent correspondence.

• 2.2 Operational Intelligence: This is data generated automatically as you navigate our Citadel. This intelligence is anonymised where possible and is used exclusively to fortify our digital infrastructure and sharpen our strategic communications. This includes:

  • Log Files: Standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, and timestamps.

  • Cookies: Operational data packets used to enhance the functionality and user experience of the Citadel. (See Section 5.0).

3.0 Deployment of Intelligence

The intelligence we acquire is deployed for specific, mission-critical purposes only:

• To Fulfill a Mandate: To respond to your inquiries, schedule Diagnostic Consultations, and deliver the strategic services you command.

• To Fortify the Citadel: To analyse and improve the performance, security, and strategic effectiveness of our website and its content.

• The Non-Negotiable Proscription: We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable intelligence to outside parties. This is an absolute. We may engage trusted third-party partners who assist us in operating our Citadel or conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of this intelligence.

4.0 Data Security Protocol

Your intelligence is secured within a controlled digital environment. We employ a range of security measures, including SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. Access to personally identifiable intelligence is strictly limited to authorised personnel operating under a need-to-know protocol.

5.0 The Use of Cookies

Cookies are small, operational data packets stored on your device. They are not used for invasive tracking. Their function is to enable the Citadel to remember certain information, improving navigational efficiency and user experience. You have the command to disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may impact the functionality of certain aspects of the Citadel.

6.0 Third-Party Doctrines

Occasionally, we may include links to third-party websites or services within our Citadel. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy doctrines. We hold no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.

7.0 Your Command & Control

You retain ultimate command and control over your personal intelligence. In accordance with data protection regulations, you have the right to request access to, correct, or request the deletion of any personal data we hold on you. To execute this right, please submit a formal request via our contact protocol.

8.0 Revisions to the Protocol

This protocol may be updated to reflect changes in our operations or in legal requirements. Any revisions will be posted on this page. This document is the single source of truth for our privacy doctrine.
