To protect the integrity of the project and the psychological safety of all participants, the initiative operates under a clearly defined procedural framework.

All engagements with Speaking Sons must follow the protocols outlined below.

Participation in the Speaking Sons initiative follows a structured, sequential process.

Final-stage legal documentation will only be issued to officially invited participants.

Submitting final-stage documentation without receiving a formal invitation from the production team will not bypass the selection process. Any unsolicited submissions of final-stage forms will not be processed.

Form C — Institutional Partnerships & Collaboration

This protocol is designed for organizations, community leaders, NGOs, and brands interested in supporting the Speaking Sons initiative and translating our documented archive into active community support.

We seek alliances that move beyond conversation and provide tangible value to the young men who share their realities.

Possible collaborations may include:

• Youth dialogue programs

• Research and educational partnerships

• Direct empowerment initiatives (mentorship, skill development, and employment routing)

• Financial sponsorship or production support

All partnership proposals are reviewed by The Mohgix Institute leadership team to ensure they align with our mission to protect and empower this demographic.

Form D — Guest Appearance & Content Release

This document serves as the official legal agreement for participation in the Speaking Sons archive.

The form grants recording consent and authorizes the use of video, audio, and related media assets by Mohgix Studios LTD for documentation and distribution purposes.

Participants must download, print, and sign this document prior to their scheduled appearance.

If a participant is under the age of 18, the document must also be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Before arriving at the recording session, participants must submit the completed documentation via email.

The signed Form D must be scanned and sent to: speakingsons@mohgix.com

The submission must also include:

1. A clear scanned copy of a valid identity document.

2. A valid proof of address.

These requirements ensure that all participants are properly verified prior to recording.

The credibility of the Speaking Sons archive depends on accuracy, transparency, and responsible documentation.

All information provided through the registry must be truthful and consistent.

If any submitted information is found to be intentionally false, or if there are significant discrepancies between application details and official identification documents, the invitation to participate may be withdrawn.

Speaking Sons exists to document authentic lived experiences. Maintaining the integrity of the archive is therefore essential.
