SECTION 1.0: THE INDICTMENT OF THE AUDITION
The "Pitch" is a relic of the Vendor Class. It is a behavioral confession of low status. To pitch is to accept the premise that the Client possesses the diagnosis and the Provider must audition for the right to execute it. This premise is false.
In the Game of Stakes, the Client possesses the Pain, and the Architect possesses the Diagnosis. A surgeon does not pitch to a patient. A Sovereign does not audition for a subject.
WE DO NOT PITCH. We do not submit proposals to "win" business. We do not participate in "beauty contests," "bake-offs," or competitive tenders. These are mechanisms of the Game of Scale designed to filter for the cheapest "Lemon," not the most effective "Peach."
SECTION 2.0: THE LAW OF DIAGNOSIS
Prescription without Diagnosis is Malpractice.
We reject the request to "send a proposal" before a forensic examination has occurred. To offer a solution before quantifying the Clarity Tax™ 1 is to engage in guessing.
The Vendor says: "I can do anything you want. Here is my rate."
The Institute says: "I need to understand if you are bleeding. Here is the Diagnostic Protocol."
SECTION 3.0: THE OPERATIONAL PROTOCOL
Effective immediately, the following actions are PROHIBITED:
Free Discovery Calls: We do not trade expertise for the hope of a contract.
Speculative Work: We do not create "mock-ups" or "samples" to prove our worth. Our Archive (M-DOI-003 to 012) is the proof.
The "Check-In": We do not chase. We act as a Lighthouse; the ship must steer toward the light.
SECTION 4.0: THE COSTLY SIGNAL
The rejection of the pitch is a Costly Signal. It signals to The Council that we are not distressed assets seeking liquidation. We are a scarce resource selecting our partners.
If we are in the room, the audition is over. The work has begun.
